Yes, the basic version of CarePeeps is free. It always will be. The founders of the company feel that it is part of our social responsibility to provide a base level of functionality for the community to use free of charge.

5Is CarePeeps compatible with my health system's portal?
CarePeeps is compatible with most major health system portals. CarePeeps has a known issue trying to sync with FollowMyHealth based portals. We are currently working on making CarePeeps compatible with all health systems.
6What is a CarePeep?
The name "CarePeeps" derives from a slang term in the healthcare industry amongst caregivers. They refer to themselves as "healthcare peeps". We shortened it and that's how CarePeeps got its name.
1How do I setup an account
Once you've downloaded CarePeeps from your preferred App Store, install CarePeeps. At the bottom of the screen you'll see a green button that says CREATE NEW ACCOUNT. Click this button and follow the prompts. When you complete the account creation process, you will be able to take the CarePeeps tutorial.
2What Vital Signs Does CarePeeps Track?
CarePeeps Tracks common vital signs like: --Blood Pressure --Blood Glucose --Weight --Pulse --Temperature --Respiration
3What Do I Need To Have To Setup an Account?
We find customers have the easiest time setting up CarePeeps if they have the following information: --Active email addresses and the email address and password for the account so you can check email. --A mobile phone number where you can receive texts --List of prescriptions and dosage times --Email addresses of those people you would like to invite to your care group For more on setting up an account see our YouTube page Here
1How can CarePeeps help me in an emergency?
CarePeeps can help you in many ways in an emergency. In today's current environment, tools like CarePeeps are critical since all family members including spouses have been banned from the ER and the hospital due to COVID-19 risks. If you have our basic version: --You have the list of all medications and dosages at your finger tips --You can store critical information such as medical powers of attorney in the system --You have a record of recent symptoms, vital signs and a recent food journal. If you have our Medical Records Add-On: --You can consolidate all your medical records from different sources and facilities into a consolidated medical record. --You can share a one-time passcode with the ER doctor or nurse to print out your consolidated medical history.
2Setting up Wellness Devices for Apple Users (e.g. Smart Watches/Smart Monitors)
After you've purchased the advanced feature for wellness, follow the directions below to get started: Prerequisite: Login to your device's portal or application and choose to share data with Apple Health. 1. Login to your CarePeeps App. 2. In the top left corner, you'll see the drop down menu. Expand the menu and find the My Account button. 3. Click on the My Account button. 4. Locate Subscription Management (it will be in the middle of the phone) 5. Select In-App Features 6. Select the Configure button on the right side of the screen in the Wellness Device Integration panel. 7. Select the green button at the top of the screen Connect Wellness Devices 8. There is a popup screen that is on the screen now. It is asking whether you would like to Use This Apple Device 9. Slide Allow Apple Health Data Collection button to the right 10. Return to the Dashboard

Select the Configure button on the right side of the screen in the Wellness Device Integration panel. 7. Select the green button at the top of the screen Connect Wellness Devices 8. You will see a screen that says Electronic Authorization. Touch the Get Started button in blue. 9. Select the device type you would like to connect (e.g. Garmin, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, Withings, iHealth) 10. Enter your credentials for your device or portal. 11. Find the I'm Finished button and click it. 12. You should now go to the top of the screen and hit the back arrow
4Setting up Medical Records Integration
After you've purchased the advanced feature for Medical Records Integration. 1. Press the Configure button. 2. Select the Green Button to Connect Medical Sources 3. You will see a Screen that says Electronic Authorization. Press Get Started. 4. Search for your medical facility's portal. Pay close attention and make sure you can login to your portal first and then login in using CarePeeps. 5. You can press the I'm Finished button in
